Why A Master's Degree In Education?

A master's degree sounds great right? Well not only to you and I does it sound great, but especially to future employers. Specifically in education, a master's degree is becoming more and more desired of new employees. Also, a master's degree is becoming required in many states in the northeast and is expected to grow to a requirement of teachers everywhere. Going back to school isn't something a teacher wants to do, so getting it as soon as possible just makes your life easier in the long run. A teacher with a master's degree also earns a much higher salary than those with only a bachelor's or teachers certifications.
